Imposter syndrome makes you wonder what right you have to do or share anything. Listen to this podcast episode and release self-doubt.

The Feel Good Factor, Episode 41. Girl in a green dress, facing away from camera, looking out of a wooden garden door. Get over that imposter syndrome, because your words have great value!

Ever wanted to do something that you thought might help others, but then hesitated because you questioned your own ability and authority? Imposter syndrome is a feeling of self-doubt. It makes you wonder what right you have to be doing anything or sharing any knowledge with the world, even though you feel called to do so.

You’re not alone. We all go through this at one point or another.

  • “I’m too old to do this.”
  • “I don’t have enough knowledge to talk about this.”
  • “There are so many people teaching this already.”
  • “What if others laugh at me?”

If thoughts like these ever stopped you from writing/recording/posting/teaching/doing something you felt passionate about, then it’s not a co-incidence that you’ve stumbled upon this episode my friend. You are meant to listen to the message I’ve shared today

Listen to more episodes about valuing yourself on The Feel Good Factor.

” I’ve seen that every time I’ve doubted myself but gone ahead and put that message out there, the (positive) response to that is always much bigger!”
