Being Vegan is the Biggest Contributor to my Feel Good Factor! – Episode 46

Turning vegan is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life and I’m grateful for it every single day. I want to help you find your happiness through this path too.

The Feel Good Factor episode 46. Happy woman in summer dress with short hair. Arms spread wide, head thrown back in laughter. Being Vegan is the Biggest Contributor to my Feel Good Factor!

I’m always talking about how to follow your happiness and practice habits that make you feel good on my podcast. In this episode I wanted to share how veganism is the source of so much joy in my own life and how it can very positively impact yours too.

I recently created a course called Vegan Immersion Experience. It takes a holistic approach to being a happy, joyful vegan. I have spoken a bit about it in the episode.

Between this episode and the course, my intention is to inspire and guide more people to embrace this beautiful, uplifting way of life. It’s the best decision I’ve made and I really want you to experience its magic too! <3

Though this is the first time I’ve specifically focused on my veganism on the podcast, I’ve interviewed many of my awesome vegan friends here already. You should definitely listen to some of their inspiring stories.

“I’ll be honest with all of you, I may have gone vegan for animal rights, but I stayed vegan for purely selfish reasons…It just made my life so damn beautiful!”
