Recently I took a complete day off without even turning on the internet on my phone. No social media, no emails, no messages. IT. FELT. AMAZING. I knew I had to share the experience with you all.

Since the time I posted this episode, I’ve been taking mindful breaks from the digital world once a week. I intend to continue practicing this regularly. Possibly even increase the disconnection to more than one day a week. I hope listening to my thoughts and experiences will inspire you to do the same.
